Armstead Vinyl Matt White

Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt is a professional quality, matt emulsion that minimises surface imperfections. Suitable for all normal interior wall and ceiling surfaces. For higher traffic rooms or rooms with high moisture conditions, we recommend opting for a durable matt emulsion such as Armstead Durable Matt.

Armstead Vinyl Matt is particularly suited for large job applications in commercial, institutional and industrial structures thanks to its excellent opacity, great coverage of 14 m² per litre coverage and its fantastic value for money.

It is available in white as standard, but can also be mixed in any colour with Armstead Vinyl Matt Tinted Colour.

Application

Ensure that you prepare the surface properly before applying the paint. Remove any loose or flaking paint, fill any holes or cracks and ensure the surface is clean. Bare surfaces such as plaster can be mist coated using a dilution of up to 1 part water to 10 parts Armstead Vinyl Matt.

Stir the paint well before you use it. Apply the paint evenly by brush or roller and avoid overspreading. To prevent framing, use a roller as far to the edges of the wall as possible after using a brush to paint the edges. If required, apply a second coat after 2-4 hours. It is not recommended to apply in temperatures below 8˚C.
