We will accept returns within 28 days of order providing goods are in the original packaging and have not been opened.
We cannot accept returns on tinted paint!
It is the buyers responsibility to arrange returning the goods to us, if you are unable to do this, we can arrange a collection for you..
Note: Arranged courier returns are charged - this cost will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that you use the original packaging and inserts to return items. If products are damaged in transit due to poor packaging, we may not be able to refund you.

Uncollected or Undelivered Items

Please note that any items not collected from DPD Pickup locations or undelivered by DPD may be returned to us. Returned items will be processed in line with our standard returns procedure; however, made-to-order products, such as mixed paints, are non-refundable.

If an item is returned to us as undelivered, we reserve the right to apply additional delivery charges for any subsequent dispatch.
