Zinsser BullsEye 123 is a universal interior and exterior, water-based, primer-sealer that provides a low odour, quick drying and high adhesion solution to surfaces.

BullsEye 123 effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, wood, plaster, concrete, glass, tiles, metal & UPVC.

BullsEye 123 prevents rust formation when applied to metal such as iron and steel, plus it contains a biocide that combats coating against fungal degradation, allowing it to protect coated surfaces from deterioration.

Not only this but it is touch dry in 30 minute and is recoatable in 60 minutes. Overall, Zinsser Bullseye 123 Primer is a fantastic option for priming any interior & exterior surface ready to be painted that we would highly recommend.

Application

Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound before application. Remove loose or peeling paint by sanding or scraping the surface. If applying to wood, lightly sand exposed exterior wood with a 80 to 100 grit sandpaper to remove loose material.

Stir well before using and do not dilute. The thin, milky liquid can be applied using a brush, medium pile roller or sprayer. Apply the primer liberally, but avoid spilling or dripping. One coat is sufficient. Clean up spills and drips with a wet, soapy cloth or rag and warm. If excessive absorption occurs over very porous substrates a second coat may be needed.

In most cases B-I-N will dry to the touch in 20 minutes and can be recoated in 45 minutes.
