Application

Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound before application. Remove loose or peeling paint by sanding or scraping the surface. If applying to wood, lightly sand exposed exterior wood with a 80 to 100 grit sandpaper to remove loose material.

Stir well before using and do not dilute. The thin, milky liquid can be applied using a brush, medium pile roller or sprayer. Apply the primer liberally, but avoid spilling or dripping. Clean up spills and drips with a wet, soapy cloth or rag and warm. If excessive absorption occurs over very porous substrates a second coat may be needed.

In most cases B-I-N will dry to the touch in 20 minutes and can be recoated in 45 minutes.
