While it comes in white as standard, Suretherm once applied can then be wallpapered over or even painted over using any emulsion paint.
The main uses for Suretherm are:
Application
Ensure the area is well ventilated before applying. Stir gently and thoroughly before use. DO NOT use a powered mixing paddle as this will impact the performance of the coating. Ensure application temperature is between 5-25°C. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease and dirt. Remove all loose and defective paint and lightly sand glossy areas with sandpaper. Any visible mould should be cleaned with Suretherm Preparation Treatment Spray. Apply two coats of Suretherm, allowing 4 hours between coats. The coating should be touch dry in 2 hours depending on humidity and temperature. Allow for extra drying time in cold and wet weather conditions. For best results, use a medium pile roller. New plasterwork should be allowed to dry completely before applying Suretherm.
