Case Study - Zinsser® Grade 1™
The client needed a system especially developed for historical buildings.
It was important that the system offered would fit the requirements of the restoration of a historical building. We proposed using Zinsser® Grade 1™ a paint system specially designed as a stain blocker, primer, undercoat and topcoat in one. It is tintable to the heritage colours required but more importantly it is highly breathable thus allowing the moisture within these old buildings to breath out.
