This project was originally quoted by an external company at a price that the school could not afford, they asked us if we could offer a system that the parents and members of the PTFA could apply themselves. The playground is a tarmac surface with a weathered paint system in place. We proposed that they use Rust-Oleum Tarmacoat™ it is a quick drying acrylic based system that is perfect for Tarmac and Asphalt surfaces and very easy to apply
