Crown Trade Vinyl Matt Tinted Colour

A premium quality vinyl matt emulsion for interior use on wall and ceiling surfaces, where a flat non-reflective finish is required. As a vinyl matt it is ideal for low to medium traffic rooms such as bedrooms, providing an attractive, wipeable finish. For busy areas which require constant cleaning we also sell Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt, which provides added durability in a matt finish.

Application

Ensure that you prepare the surface properly before applying the paint. Remove any loose or flaking paint, fill any holes or cracks and ensure the surface is clean. If painting a bare surface such a plaster, apply a mist coat of Crown Trade Vinyl Matt diluted with 40% clean water by volume. Once sealed and prepared, apply two full coats of Crown Trade Vinyl Matt, ensuring you leave 2-4 hours between coats to allow the paint to fully dry. To reduce the framing effect, once you have used a paint brush to cut in the edges, roll as far to the edge using a roller as possible. This ensures the most even finish.
