High adhesion Pliolite based masonry coating. Resists attack by alkalis, acid and mould growth. Shower proof in 20 minutes and can be applied in temperatures down to -10 degrees, so you can use it all year round, unlike a water-based masonry paint. This provides it with great performance, which is why it comes with a 15 year manufacturers guarantee.

Application

Ensure surfaces are sound, dry and clean. If there is any loose material, remove this and use an appropriate exterior filler for the best possible finish. Organic growth must be removed and the areas using an anti-fungal masonry cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all residues. Once prepared, if you are painting bare mineral surfaces, ensure the surface is primed using the appropriate primer. Apply masking tape to the area and place dustsheets on the floor to protect other surfaces.

Stir well before use. Apply by brush, medium or long pile roller depending on surface texture, or by airless spray. For airless spray use a minimum fluid pressure of 2000psi (136 bar) and a minimum tip size of 0.018 thou. Once the first coat is applied, allow to fully dry for 16-24 hours before applying a second coat.
